What products do you sell?

We sell a wide variety of products to help you sleep better, including bedding like mattresses, pillows, sheets and comforters; sleep aids like weighted blankets, white noise machines and sleep masks; and sleep supplements like melatonin, valerian root and magnesium.

Do you have any physical stores or is everything sold online?

We are an online-only store, with no brick-and-mortar locations. All purchases must be made through our website.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states in the continental USA. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or international destinations.

Do you offer free shipping? What about returns?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping fees apply. We have a risk-free 100 night trial on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

How long does shipping take?

We estimate 5-7 business days for standard shipping timeframes within the continental USA. Expedited 2-3 day shipping is available on most items for an additional fee at checkout. Some of our international suppliers may take up to two weeks

Do you have specialists to help me choose products?

Yes, our team would be happy to provide guidance on selecting the right products to meet your needs! Contact us before or after purchase and one of our sleep specialists will assist with any questions you have.

Are there any dealings with third party sellers? How are products sourced?

We use a global network of trusted third party partners and wholesalers to source our products. By dropshipping items directly from suppliers to customers, we can provide low prices without holding expensive inventories. Rest assured the products shipped are brand new from verified sellers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use Paypal as our main payment gateway. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard®, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and EnRoute
